1. Where do you deliver?
We currently ship to customers in Canada and the USA.
2. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we're here to help! Please contact our support team at contact@evendera.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- A clear photo or video of the damaged item
Once we receive your email, we will review the information and guide you through the refund process. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
